What not to miss this week

  • This week’s bands: Caroline Smith (8pm). You need to see her, you’ll fall in love, promise. Also: Arynn (Elizabeth Arynn) (7pm), The Sudden Lovelys (6pm), and The Host Country (5pm). A member of one of these bands sits on an antique bicycle seat and stomps on a trunk. Seriously.

  • Still just $3 at the gate, kids 12 and under free, or buy an advance ticket and save $$.
  • Local beer! Bring your own mug or buy one at the merch tent, and for one drink ticket–the same price as a Budweiser–we’ll fill it with 16 ounces of either Olde Main Dinkey Wheat (Ames, IA) or Back Pocket Slingshot Dunkel (McGregor, IA).
  • Check out the merchandise to commemorate your amazing time — Buttons! T-shirts! Band merch! YES! (Now you can buy t-shirts online, too: asphalt or aqua)
  • Season pass holders and advance ticket purchasers — just show your ID at the gate.
